The best thing about those ground rules
is that they actually put people at ease.
I say them at the end of my opening spiel.
First I tell them the one-a-time rule,
then I say "no name calling"--not that anyone
here would ever do that---it always gets a
smile and people feel a little more relaxed.

Then we start the hard work.
