Wai, Don't know what the float is, but the total fully diluted shares are 16.2m (+ any unexercised options), given that the 2nd tranche of the financing will not take place. Regards, Lalit Jain

Does anyone out there (U.S.) know more abot this TURNSTONE new IPO. $ 25.00 per share ..3 million shares ..or total $ 75,000,000 us. In other words total market cap over $ 1 billion Canadian.. They are at best a competitor of NHC. Sales 25 million per year, and supposedly dealing with 2 major CLEC accounts. NHC is perhaps a year behind but also would seem to be a fraction of the price. Comments out there ? Thank you. Regards.
