>>>With 150 million share outstanding, it is only 1/10 of the number for TSM (TSM has 1500 million shares outstanding. People seem to feel very comfortable with it).<<<

The thing w/ TSM, and I'm only vaguely familiar because a relative is a long time holder, is that it treats its shareholders incredibly well.

I don't quite understand it, but they issue stock every year to its shareholders. My cousin said that at one time he received 7 additional shares for every 20 shares he owned. And they do this every year. I have no idea what this does to dilution, but no wonder TSM has so many shares its mind boggling. It's practically printing its own money.

And I hear it's employees do especially well. Every single employee I hear gets an end of year bonus of $100k. Incredible. No wonder that company is on fire.
