Carl, very good choices.
LU is a solid value play now and is getting ready to negate the sell signal. They needed the come-to-jesus quarter to clear things out and start over with a clean slate. If we correct further from here, LU will probably still be a safe haven.

VTSS - the semis have scared me as the sector has been more overbought (by P&F standards) than I have seen in any other sector. Today's activity brought the sector into a more reasonable range and VTSS has some really strong support at 45 (a sextuple bottom). It looks to be forming a triangle which would allow for a nice move if it breaks to the upside and a good signal to bail if it is to the downside.

thanks Carl,

Our trading portfolio has been performing very well.

It's tough to find many stocks that are higher than they were 2 weeks ago, yet we are long CAMP, HLIT, cnxt, and swc and all have risen at least 15% from our purchase price in a down market that has really beaten up on tech.

SWC was a great pick by Tom. and tom will notice that sch was repelled by the 200 dma as I thought might be the case and I picked up half the position down near 36 or so. I'm
going to make a thread that will report purchases and sales.

John

Carl, I agree that Lu is intriguing I guess the ongoing rap on LU is that they so not have enough focus on digital.

Why would you pick vtss over pmcs? I think I would lean to pmcs?

amd thinking more, I believe I need brcm and bvsn before any of the above.

John
