I would expect that virtually all of pubic stock companies [Aktiengesellshaft]in the biotech sector to be 'Zweitle oder drittle stand' second or third line. In Germany this has a much more [understated] negative connotation than here in the states [although changeing with each generation]... hence the dearth of small public companies there. FYI Gmgh = roughly LLC, these are private.
