SI Admin(Tonto)?<s> I purchased a bottle of Touch of Nature. It unfortunately was the powdered product and not the new granular sweetener which would be a significant improvement. I am assuming the difference between the two is as great as that of powdered and granular sugar and that the granular product is much better. It also was not sold under their new label which I believe has been out for sometime. The expiration date on the bottle is 6/00. 22024 It is not as sweet as I expected it to be because of what has been written, but it is sweet. I mixed it with hot tea and sampled it with my wife. It dissolved immediately and completely. My wife thought it had a stronger after taste than I did and tried it again the next day with her coffee. She prefers Nutrasweet and will not be using ToN. One additional person tried it without comment by me. I gave her two different samples to taste and she had no idea what she were tasting except that they were sweeteners. Nutrasweet has a much closer taste to sugar than does Touch of Nature and as both my wife and the other person commented, the Touch of Nature has an aftertaste much like Licorice. I find it surprising that both came up with the same unbiased decision. The aftertaste is not that strong and I did not expect both people to be able to distinguish the after taste. All in all, it is acceptable but I prefer the taste of other sweeteners too.
