Andreas: Many IPO's have a period of time immediately after they come public during which insiders can not sell their shares. There is currently a 10mil float, and 3-4X that will become available to sell. To many that signal a time to either sell or short, since there will be so much supply on the market, at least in theory.
I would point out the other side however. Many institutions hesitate to own a stock with low float, and once the shares unlock, they get gobbled up by the institutions, coupled with a short squeeze which can create a real surge. Look at ENGA recently for a perfect example. KOREA is a buy here IMHO...
