Unbelievable! I have the impression we will see more upgrades than downgrades today. Me, being european, have still some problem to understand the american market psychology. I think Dell will stop to be overbullish in the future and follow the MSFT/CSCO method of underestimating their future results and then systematically surprise everybody. Maybe this lesson will prove healthy in the long run. JMHO.

Hi,

RE:For all you bulls (of which I am still not one), Niles has upgraded DELL this morning to a buy, just as he said he would. He's lowered his FY'01 estimate to $0.88, like most everybody else, and initiated a FY'02 estimate of $1.20, which seems rather aggressive to me.

Remember ML said that DELL would get down in the High 30's.

I would be willing to bet that there was a huge buy order waiting to grab DELL. I wish it were me.
