Gene: Thanks for the references. I particularly love references that reinforce points that members of this thread have made well in advance of the herd's awakenings. (g) - Intel's shipping problems relate to its frantic attempts to appear to be able to match AMD's Athlon performance,....(not possible with the current Pentium offerings). - Rambus is a dead duck, shot in the head by DDR. (discussed on this thread six months ago) - Nuclear winter is settling in over PC land. (and the herd is finally noticing,.... wow!). Best, Earlie
