Yak-attack: Perhaps you're a bit too hard on some of these guys. They're human, they make mistakes, sometimes whoppers. But so do we occasionally. I know I do. I gotta believe that most are trying their best. Some are very good, some not so good. I look at most things like a bell-curve; a few exceptional, a lot are average, and a few very poor. Gotta find the exceptional ones. Jenna and Market Gems is a pretty good example. (Lee)
