Ed, I agree with some of your thoughts on management and their inability to manage the street; we are now paying the price. The almighty Dell has stumbled, but I believe (maybe blindly, but I hope not) that measures are being taken to change the PR strategy. If they are listening, and I have every reason to believe they MUST, they will realize the error of their ways. You're right, they are not Gods, they are fallible human beings, and must show all of us diehards that they care about the individuals who have weathered this past miserable year. ENOUGH with the selling, please!! Patsy
