Hi Herb,

Nice to see you optimistic. I am expecting to see a trading range from 28 to 31 and for that to hold until the meeting. It is impressive to have almost a billion dollars in market cap now but to see another billion dollars added between now and mid Feb...that would be astonishing.

Then again....these are crazy times. If word leaks out about a licensing deal then I could imaging VLNC doubling in the next few months.

Happy Snow boarding!

Alex

Since convincing my wife to continue investing in vlnc after our visit to Henderson in Dec,1998, there were times when this retired fisherman had to hunker down out of sight at the marina ("You've ruined us!")...how times have changed! I've actually had a great week ("Told ya to have patience!") showing the bride what SHE's worth as well as what our combi acct has done. My sincere thanks to all the longs here who have kept the faith with their insightful postings and fine analysis.
Today I'm ordering new downriggers for my Alaska charter boat as well as a new set of electronics (boat show here in Seattle...lots of great goodies!) & have a shipyard putting together bids for extending the the boat by 5'(& with the wife's blessing...now ain't that somethanggg). How life has changed for so many us here would probably be great material for another vlnc FORBES article, and naturally, with the limos lined up at the plant & the gang hoisting a glass of bubbbly at the Biaggio Casino with Lev at the head of the table!!! Great visuals for pics, huh?
Anyway, my charter fishing operation in Sitka will be a lot more relaxed than this last summer...Hell...I otta call Lev & offer him & his management team free week of salmon & halibut fishing! So...in closing, gang, thanks & I'll look for the usual insightful, thourgh feedback from the sh meeting...can't make it as I'll be exhibiting at a sportsman show on the 15th here in town.
Regards....Dennis
