This should put to rest, at least temporarily, one of the issues the BSC analyst views as a negative: AMTD CEO comments on NITE, CNNFN 1/27/00 Interview of Ameritrade CEO Joe Ricketts Interviewer: You own a piece of Knight/Trimark... what is your outlook there? You want to stay in this business, maybe need to sell some of that to finance the growth? What are you going to do with that? Ricketts: A wonderful company, I see a lot of foolish statements made about the company. It is a wonderful company, If i had my preference i'd own 100% to support the growth of our core business. We may have to sell some of that stock within the next couple of years and may sell a little bit this year, little bit next year, I've said this for three years. Every time I say that some reporter picks it up like brand-new news.
