Yup, its disgusting that Clinton claims credit for something he undermined until the voters took much of the power to hurt the economy away from him. Reagan's man Greenspan has done much good there too by using the Fed to impose discipline on him.

It has been a good thing that Clinton has had to spend most of his time trying to cling to office. Imagine all the damage he would have done if he had a Dem Congress to go hog wild with. We certainly wouldn't have the balanced budget that he fought so hard against or the welfare reform that he also opposed.

Boxed, Clinton resorted to bombing the Third World to show he's relevant. As a consequence, foreign policy is in tatters and the US is now hated throughout the world.

The bull market really took off after the November 1994 elections. People do not realize the danger AlGore and his party poses to that performance. If they take power in concert, I believe the markets will not approve as they have since 1994 when Clinton lost Congress and the ability to push his extreme agenda.
