Todays news is confirmation of TSIS continuing to execute its business plan. two years ago while doing my DD, Don Cameron told me their plan was to: 1.) Stop the losses 2.) Grow the business by identifing related niches to expand into. 3.) Payoff debt 4.) Begin the expensive process (for a small company)of becoming a fully reporting company. We've now seen TSIS execute all the points. The company is profitable and growing, From "Investor Reach" to "Market Reach" to "Calling Cards". Those stopped the losses and brought the cash rolling in. The company began the process of reporting, then made a CASH PURCHASE of Paragon and now we are told the company is fully reporting. Ask yourself how often a BB or any small to midsize company buys another company for Cash? Cash purchases are a sign of strength and the companies commitment to maximizing shareholder value. Remember, the least expensive way to finance is internally (CASH), next comes debt financing followed by equity financing. Financing with equity is the most expensive form of financing and the worst for existing shareholders. Now we just wait for TSIS to integrate Paragons ASR technology into existing product lines and expand into new markets. The pullback may be disconcerting for those new to TSIS but hang in there. I and many others were sitting on a loss for quite some time. Seeing the company steadily executing its plan gave me and many others the confidence to hang in there all this time. froland.
