These are bad things Intel did, but in context, I was trying to find reasons for the miserable 3% quarter to quarter increase in the quantity of Intel's CPU's (other than yields). Not that it would have helped AMD any if they didn't have these problems (au contraire).

BTW, I'm with you on RAMBUS and don't think it will ever be a mainstream memory technology.
