Thanks. But bear in mind that my initial post about VASO was related to the high churning other posters mentioned "whoring", and I then processed primary information about preferred securities with variable conversion features. The Asensio post was found by luck, when I wanted to see who referenced VASO earlier. Note that in the medical-technical fraud/scam/hoax/hype etc. area Asensio has a good track record...check out ZONA, BTX, CCSI, .... NSOL which was able to specify a new business focus, was not a good target, and many have been wrong on it. It is not representative.
