Found this message regarding VNSR. Don't know if it's accurate, but there is indeed a site by that name: Go to www.go2union.com This will be the new company. I hear from a friend down in Florida that next month will be the beginning of the P.R. The company will convert to GO2UNION, and provide union members access to discount shopping, news and benefits. My friend tells me that the bankers behind the merger have a great track record of taking a penny stock and making it got to $5-$15. Check out MAAX, PDEN, SLET to name a few. They are the same bankers for VNSR
