Lance...what do you think of SAGE's news? Is the selling because people thought the merger would be announced?

Which way do you think it is going from here?

LPHARETTA, Ga., Jan. 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Solomon Alliance Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SAGE) d.b.a.
Knowledge2Go together with its wholly owned subsidiary, Visual Link Wireless, Inc. (collectively, "Solomon"), announced
today plans to file a Form 10-SB registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") pursuant to
Section 12(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, to become a reporting issuer.

According to President & CEO Tom Weston, the Company intends to complete and file the necessary documents with the
SEC to maintain its trading status. "The filing of our Form 10-SB represents an important milestone for the Company," he said.
"Solomon believes these steps will assist in generating greater market interest from both the domestic and international financial
communities. In addition, the Company's dissemination of financial information will keep our investors and other interested
parties better informed about the Company's operations and activities."

These efforts also are in response to the new NASD Eligibility Rule for OTCBB companies, which was effected January 4,
1999, requiring all companies listed on the OTCBB to effectuate and maintain reporting company status in accordance with the
U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Under the new Eligibility Rule the Company is required to attain reporting company
status by April 5, 2000.

Also, Solomon is currently in serious merger discussions with a private company that, upon completion, would significantly
increase Solomon's asset base and revenue stream allowing it to apply for a small cap listing on the Nasdaq.

Mr. Weston added, "Knowledge2Go is entering into an exciting new growth phase in the rapidly expanding wireless data
market, partly due to our recent merger with MPTG Communications. With our continuing focus on custom integrated wireless
Internet products and services Knowledge2Go is positioning itself to become a premier Wireless Data Solutions Provider for
both the business to business and personal use markets."

SAFE HARBOR Statements regarding financial matters in this press release other than historical facts are "forward-looking
statements" within the meaning of section 27A of the Securities Act of 1933, Section 21E of the Securities Act of 1934, and as
that term is defined in the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. The company intends that such statements about the
company's future expectations including future revenues and earnings, and all other forward-looking statements be subject to
the safe harbors created thereby. Since these statements (future operational results and sales) involve risks and uncertainties
and are subject to change at any time, the company's actual results may differ materially from expected results.

ADOT ran from .25 to about 1.50 in anticipation of delivey of its first product. Yesterday announced that it would be delayed 6 months. Not the first time they have done this. Maybe technicals can take it back up, but it's story stinks. My opinion only.
