Can anyone explain why JDU in Toronto is trading as much as $7 lower (conversion included) than JDSU in Nasdaq??

Steve, Excellent post on buying puts instead of selling covered calls OR selling the stock.
I agree with your approach but i would prefer to pay a little less premium for this protection but that is a function of time to expiration as well. I would like to buy those kinds of puts with only about 2 weeks to expiration as the premium would go down quite a bit.

That strategy may not be appropriate for a stock like Intel.
