Good Evening Harry!

I still do not have the answer to this question as yet. Hopefully tomorrow. I wanted to post a response that I just drafted to a question posed to me on the Net Shepherd thread over on StockHouse BullBoards.

Here it is . . .

Crazy Canuk.....great job in providing all the information regarding this company. I think this is a great stock and it's matter of a very short time that it will fly! Any idea of what this company will do to generate a share value required by NASDAQ????

Thanks for your comments. As some of you know by now, I have literally spent hundreds of hours this past year researching this company, the market they are in, and then watching the action on the stock on a daily basis. After doing all this work, I can tell you that I too feel that it is getting ready to take off! I am convinced that they must be very busy pulling all of the loose ends together before they open their kimono to the world.

I want to caution you that what I am about to say is based purely on my own speculations, and I could be totally wrong here. As with any business there could be some unforeseen event that could slow down a company's progress on their business plans. It doesn't kill the potential - just slows it down a little. Well now that that little disclaimer is out of the way, I can tell you that I am looking for one (or a combination) of the following things to soon take place . . .

- Filing for exchange approval of the deal with ClickChoice.com and Vanenburg (that is a given actually)

- Announcement of Deals that they have signed (Full service or licensing arrangements)

- Announcement of move to NASDAQ

- Progress towards making Answers.com a serious player in the industry.

- Possibly another partnership or acquisition

- Progress on the Business Intelligence business

- Etc., etc., etc.,

In my opinion, if any one of these scenarios comes true, and the announcement(s) are big enough, then I feel that this would be enough to bring in some serious players into the stock who would drive up the share price. Now, if the company were to announce a combination of a few of these "yummies" (a term fondly used by Mario Gabelli to describe a great opportunity) then in my opinion this stock could take off like a bat out of hell.

An hour ago, I just finished listening to another analyst review Ask Jeeves's past Q and their prospects for the future. You know what struck me was I was listening to it? It was that the strategic acquisitions that Ask Jeeves has just made very similar to what NSI has already been doing with Answers.com and ClickChoice.com. I am now, more convinced than ever that with NSI's technology (which I believe to be more efficient, and more scalable, than Ask Jeeves is) then Answers.com will be extremely well received when it comes out as an IPO on the NASDAQ National Market.

What I am also painfully aware of is that many investors fail to appreciate, or remember, that NSI now is now really 5 companies rolled into one. They include Net Shepherd, ClickChoice.com, Answers.com, Business Intelligence, and their Systems Integration Company. So you are getting 5 companies in one for a deep discount share price that is only $4 Canadian or $2.60 US a share !!!

The analyst that spoke about Ask Jeeve's tonight set a target price for them at $150 US (or $217 CDN) a share by the end of the year. OK, then let's say that Answers.com only gets a small percentage of the market (and I think that is way conservative in that the small to medium sized businesses that Answers.com will be targeting is an exponentially larger market than the one Ask Jeeves is targeting), then why wouldn't Answers.com receive at least a tenth of the valuation that Ask Jeeves has. If so, then that represents a $15 US ($21 to $22 CDN) price for just the Answers.com business. Heck, for all I know the 10% estimate for their market penetration and this share price estimate could be way too low. Now, if by any chance it is an accurate estimate, well then my question is what valuations will the market put on the other 4 businesses that will be hitting the Stock market as well?

Yes, I am absolutely convinced that the combined value of these companies will be significantly higher than the $4 CDN or $2.60 US a share that the company is selling for now. It is actually a lot of fun to think about just how much higher this stock is headed.

Now, I want to qualify everything that I have said in that I firmly believe that the market will need to see the company prove that the can sell their products and services and that they have started to deliver on the tremendous potential they have before them before any serious share price appreciation takes place.

I also do not think that we will have very long to wait before the market recognizes the potential here. My bet is that Jim Fogg (Answers.com) and David Herman (Business Intelligence) decided to join the company because they could see the potential with this company. Then Jan Baan (BAAN), also decided to put up over $27 million and become its Chairman because he too could see the potential at NSI. These are men who have been responsible for the building of successful Internationally recognized businesses and they definitely know how to build exciting growth companies. They would not invest their time, reputation, and money if they did not believe it to be worthwhile. You can be very certain that these are not foolish men.

Sorry for the long message, but I got carried away again. In summary, I really don't think that we will have much to worry about. Have I mentioned that I have been buying more shares lately. <ggg>
