George -Kennecott hasn't jumped ship -they are still very much involved with MEO. Kennecott has obviously deemed that Alberta can drop back into the hands of the primary exploration companies.
Kennecotts biggest effort at the moment is in Manitoba (which Montello is 40% part of) and NWT.

As far as MEO -they still have the same ownership that they had before -don't have to spend a dime -and are getting their property explored. I don't see anything negative in that arrangement.

In answer to your PS, news will be released very soon about GeneLocate.ca. Apparently, MEO, and their illustrious partner, have patented a method to read your genetic code directly from your finger/mouse button interface, of course only on their internet site. They pay you, by the gene, if they find anything useful in terms of completing their human genome project. Apparently, a big pharma company will pay MEO $billions for this information. He he, he...
