10:17 ET CMGI Affiliates Rally : Shares of Internet advertising firm Engage Technologies (ENGA 168 +21 3/4) rally to new all-time high, while shares of application hosting company NaviSite (NAVI 121 +7 1/4) continue advance, moving within 5 1/2 of all-time high. Both company's are closely affiliated with Internet venture fund CMGI (CMGI).

10:15 ET CMGI (CMGI) 114 3/4 +3 3/4: Lazard Freres initiates with "buy" and $170 price target based on a sum of the parts model that divides the business into four parts, public operating, public @Ventures, private operating, and private @Ventures cos; believes CMGI has significant upside due to the maturity of their business model, multiple near-term liquidity events, a wide private/public arbitrage, and a solid public deal currency.
