Is VAR a VALUE stock?

Well, according to when you looked at it. At 16, I said yes. And I believe that there were at least two other buys on this board that confirmed it, if I'm not mistaken. Evidently it must have been to some because looking back at 16 it was a value compared to today's price, ~36 7/16
