I work for Phillip Morris. At out plant wide meeting yesterday, the plant manager talked about this happening to other industries, guns (Colt just stopped making pistols over lawsuit fears), and he stated California just put a "fat tax" on potato chips. He wondered how long it would be before food producers that make high fat content products would be sued.
