Mani - <Wow! I am not sure what a "program manager" does, but I am surprised he is this clueless.> I wouldn't read too much into this Mani. People such as the one I mention are extremely focused on specifically what they own. This person would have no impact on the distribution side, and the responsibility is technical in nature. And besides, he is not clueless now, as I have told him the situation :-)). I did this for a reason, i.e., to plant a seed to hopefully keep this person focused on the continuing job at hand, and to paint a picture of how important it is for this person to keep meeting commitments.
