I appologize to everyone if I seem relentless about this theory of mine. It is just that it makes no sense to me that the Company is quiet lately. Madness. And, I think there is a method to their madness, I think for whatever reason (takeover negotiations????), they are keeping a lid on announcements/PR....

any thougths???

RESEARCH ALERT - Hypercom started
NEW YORK, Jan 28 (Reuters) - Lehman Brothers said it initiated coverage of Hypercom Corp. with an outperform rating and 12-month price target of $20.

-- said Hypercom has developed a voice-over-IP telephony product and has formed a joint venture with Inter-Tek called Cirilium to market the product. Cirilium may take the venture public this year, which could create value for Hypercom.

-- shares of Hypercom were unchanged at 14-3/4 on the New York Stock Exchange.

Hopefully that rumor I heard on Yahoo holds true, and IVI reports some aquisitions news soon.
