Well, I'll ga-roan-effing-tee you that if I get a proxy ballot for a takeover, hostile or otherwise, I'll vote my small position in a heatbeat. I get really disgusted with management's little price manipulation games.

I remember that VLSI deal, what a stupido dingo that CEO and CFO.

They'd be around a 100 now eh? VLSI was a kick ass ASIC vendor in the late 80s early 90s also. Pushed LSI all around.
