ED, Jim How can you make such a statement?After all DELL's stock performance since 12-31-98 has returned to its shareholders 4.7%.That quite good for ~13 months,don't you agree?Of course the YTD return of -33.11% isn't very good but perhaps it can be overcome in the sometime future.You think?
