Looks like they have dynamic exchanges for a lot of EC markets, including CPUs. They tell you if the market for the product is stable, rising, falling, or volatile. They allow you to chart price changes of components over time. They even have a scrolling "ticker" containing news articles relevant to each market.

Interestingly, the PIII is only traded up to 667 MHz. The Athlon is traded up to 750 MHz. Wonder why that is.
