Carl,

The moans about the LP are getting old too Carl. I also had money invested in that LP, in case people have forgotten. And now that is converted into GRNO stock since I realized that my interest lies in BC keeping the company's doors open and closing some of the deals they have outstanding.

The technology is demonstrable for anyone who wants to see it work and test the results. But since that is a one-of-a-kind demonstrator, I'm personally glad that he is not taking untoward risks with it until we have other machines in production that can fully demonstrate the process at operational levels.

Can you imagine if something unexpected occurred that caused a problem or damaged the processor, something peculiar to the Charleston plant and not production plants. Can you imagine what would happen if we had a catastrophe by over-operating the prototype?

If would probably collapse every deal out there. Not because the process isn't sound, but because the prototype is admittedly a "rube goldberg" version built for research and demonstration purposes.

And that would be the death knell of the company.

You all can sit out there and think I'm sucking up to BC or playing his lap-dog, but I have sound reasons for wanting to emphasize the corporation over the partnership.

I'm sure if the prototype not operating continuously was a deterrent to closing the existing contract negotiations, that BC would do whatever he had to do to make it happen. But since we haven't seen any retractions of previous news releases, its apparently not.

It certainly wasn't with Jim Watkins of KPI, when I spoke with him last year.

As for your claims that legalities are not being adherred to, I suggest that you take that up with GRNO's corporate counsel, Carl. I don't personally believe that a former SEC attorney would be willing to involve himself in shenanigans over this company... especially when his former compatriots would love to "get" something else on this company and BC and succeed in shutting it down.

That would make their current case pretty easy, don't you think?

As for being "raped" Carl... We were already "raped" the minute this stock was halted by the SEC.

But rape victims must eventually come to terms with what has happened to them and get on with their lives.

Why do I catch such crap from you about this Carl?? All I have stated is that the only one who is going to get us out of this mess is BC.

After all, you're certainly not going to put up the money. And Norman is willing to put up the money on the LP so long as he becomes the GP and assumes complete control, but from what I understood care nothing in the least for GRNO, the corporate entity's survival. And I'm not going to put the money either.

All I'm saying is come to terms with the fact that none of us may EVER see a return on this investment. Who knows?? BC could issue a press release tomorrow stating that he was closing the doors and walking away.
Who could blame him after getting a belly full of listening to shareholders who do nothing but complain. And the result would be "goodbye GRNO".

Let's face facts folks. We're all responsible here to a certain extent. After all, it was our ceaseless chatter and my email shareholder's newsletter which apparently made our investment the target of an SEC probe.

So let's not completely lay the blame on BC. There is more than enough to go around.

GRNO is worthless until BC locks in a deal. What are our choices? All we can do is sell our stock, or hold it in our accounts until the final stake is driven in GRNO's heart, either from BC giving up, or running out of money.

Until then, no amount of b*tching and moaning will revive this company and once again retreive some semblance of value. As far as I'm concerned, GRNO was a risky development stage company and we all knew what the hell we were putting at stake when we made our investments (although I don't believe any of us forsaw an SEC halt).

We knew we could lose money on this investment, theoretically going all the way to zero.

Nothing has yet changed in that equation except that we're closer to Zero.

So if this situation is giving you fits to the extent that you can't tolerate it anymore, sell your stock, take your tax loss, and get on with your lives. (Heck... go out and buy CCEE which should net you a 100% gain from here within the next couple of months. Research the news for SWRX, CCEE, and EMC and you'll see what I mean... mucho cash passing hands into CCEE's coffers)

There are quite a few people out here who have other things to do than waste energy on being negative.

Regards,

Ron
