Correct me if I'm wrong, but I understand that they
lost $6.6 M ($0.10/sh) and had an extraordinary
gain of $6.0 M during the quarter. So without this
one-time gain, they'd have lost $12.6 M ($0.19/sh).

In the year-ago quarter, they lost $11.7 M which
shows up as a loss of $0.27/sh since they only had
43.5 M shares outstanding at the time. Now they
have 64.7 M shares outstanding.

They're trying hard to turn this company around,
and have made progress by exchanging equity for
reduced debt, but it still seems like they have
a tough upward battle ahead as they face harsh
competition from companies like NTRO, ADAP, DMIC,
Ensemble Communications, Ericsson, and others.
Do they have any new products to introduce soon?

I'd be interested in hearing commentary based on
what's said during the conference call tonight.

Rob
