...DOW and SPX extremely oversold

Does that mean that it will reverse and go up...or that momentum is firmly down? How long can it stay oversold?

Rydex - We are moving to 100% cash - at tonights close.

ECI report has put us in whipsaw and even though we are oversold on RSI Index - we nevertheless still need to find bottom.
