I have been waiting 15 minutes for Investorline to approve a sell order which they had already approved but I changed the sell price to a lower price. Why the hell does that take so long? Genius that I am I've come up with a way to get a real live trader on the phone. What I do is enter an order to buy a stock for which I don't have the funds to cover in my account. I get a call back in less than 2 minutes! Trader: "Hello Ma'am you don't have the funds to cover this" Lola: "I know I just wanted you to call me" <ggg> Lola:)
