Leigh, thanks for the information. I guess Niles' clients loaded up on Dell, so he can now change his recommendation.

3 upgrades and DELL drops 6.97%.It's good there were no downgrades. :)

Actually, it makes more sense to upgrade at these levels than downgrade because DELL's long term prospects have not changed. But it is going to have to get through these processor, memory, operating system transitions and tight component markets before the full benefits of the direct model are fully engaged again.
