I hope you're right because up 'till now I've given up on timing the XAU. I guess I'll dust off the indicators...
Actually, the scenario you gave above could signal the classic turn in gold we have been looking for.

Sounds good to me. Gold stocks were very strong on high volume and closed at their highs for the day - looking for some follow through tommorrow.
