Bell South just got a 1.5 billion dollar contract with U.S. government. Its subcontractors include LU. I understand that they are close to a major closure of a contract in Saudi Arabia besides the one just announced for 35 million. I imagined that with the price of oil skyrocketing, it's about time that the Middle East fires up its spending on networks. Recall that LU is very hopeful and a very dominant play in this part of the world. It's not surprising that they were up in a down day, with LU ticking higher as the Nasdaq hit its lows today. With a rebound in Nasdaq, I firmly believe that LU will go back to its pre-preannouncement levels of $80.
