DH -

Well without any support either in the way of some comment from the company or in the way of an announcement of a new customer or China or equivalent I'm very much afraid that support for the stock will fall away and the price will as it is drop precipitously. There is simply nothing to support the price.

Funds can wait it out and it probably doesn't bother any individual manager too much so they aren't bothered. There may be a little support from:-

1. Shorts covering who just can't believe their luck having dones as well as those who bought on the way up

and

2. Longs buying, probably less now that yesterday, as they think they are getting near bottoms.

Seems to me that the market is simple....no support then you must go down. and down to a P/E. What P/E well the market will think about the expression 'slump' in sales in Q2 when it thinks about a P/E.

What P/E is reasonable for a company that has fantastic potential but may be experienceing a 'slump' in sales? 40, 50, 60 ???

This is turning into a nightmare for some people. Talk about feast to famine! It is going to be a very testing time and it is all the more upsetting that we get a collapse in the Q stock price on a day when NOK, ERICY and MOT are upgraded after ERICY announces its last set of bad figures.

There is something wrong here.

Best regards,

L
