I agree. The fact that we know where at least some of the weakness is from is actually good news imo. I was hoping to load up under 100. But 107 sure does look strong.

Obviously each company is unique. Having been an "insider" before, there are windows but they are surely not that restrictive. There are are terms of vesting and how many shares one can sell over a period of years. I do think insiders selling matters and we should pay attention to it. Right now, with CMGI, this news does not really concern me. But, as a good example, look at what happened to Waste Management! We should pay attention to everything. linda
