Not completely DEAD yet. You should check YHOO msg board. Longs are still gathering there, and prepare to avg down. Only mini squeeze would ever push EWEB above 10.5 for couple hrs.

If the postponed shareholder meeting or next PR does NOT move EWEB by 5%, EWEB is DEAD.

It has the smell of a DEAD. There are some true belivers around who still hoping for that miracle cure. I am still short.
