..and they pay a dividend!!!

This is one undervalued stock. Good margin of safety at these prices.

The only part of timbeline that bothers me is lack of management ownership of shares. Curtis Peltz owns around 22,000 shares, no doubt has options for more. Retired founder has largest position for insider. Former CFO Tom Cox owns a fair amount but is steady seller. From what I can tell on yahoo some executives own no shares. Company has done wonderfully and it has been one of my best investments
in the past.
