While sharing your explanation of the ESP/EBPP market with an investor, after hearing the above paragraph, she chimmed in, "I see, it's just like all those colorful offers I receive along with my Visa, M/C, Sears, etc. bills. They are always offering something special for me to buy at a real special price. I always thought that they got a commission on orders received. This is just offering the possibility of moving this on-line to the ESP market". I thought that that was an eye opening example.....
