I have two comments about this release, first one is that according to sources (always seek reliable sources) this agreement has come about very quickly, and may be a good shot in the arm for Samex. Second, as tied to the first, this has come about quickly and therefore I speculate is not the news "to be announced" as of my Dec.21'99 comment...which was indicated by them as having been in the makings for some time. Therefore I'm still watching for further announcements here.
