I'm not sure it's the lockout period -- he may have been referring to the period around earnings announcements every quarter when insiders are restricted by company policy (driven by insider trading laws) to avoid trading. Usually the company doesn't let insiders start trading again for a couple of days after the earnings are announced to give the rest of us a "fair" chance (LOL).

I expect it to have virtually no impact. Most insiders probably expect the pullback to be short-lived. If the market continues to value these Internet land grabs based on revenue growth, this stock should be back up above $300, and maybe $400, by mid-year. Of course, since I established a position this week (just a tiny one so far), it will probably die a slow and painful death.
