Assuming that they have not cashed in their options, the guides are sitting on gains in excess of $10.4 MM. For the original prospectus:

"Mining Co has granted fully vested, non-qualified stock options to purchase 200,000 shares of common stock to a substantial majority of its guides. The exercise price per share of these options is $25.00 and the options have two year terms."

Stock options aside, the BOUT annual report says that guides are paid as a percentage of the revenues generated in their area. So it's a low-risk structure for the company. At worst they pay them a small cash minimum.

According to one guide I am in contact with, BOUT has ambitious plans for hiring and growth in the coming year.
