Isn't JDSU a Canadian company? Would American laws apply if JDSU takes over an American company? Tech, why do you and the others chat about takeovers? Mephisto

So lets take a stab at what may happen.... JDSU buys SDLI... NORTEL buys NEWBRIDGE... CSCO buys NEWTEL... CSCOTEL buys JDSUL... JUSCOTEL is born Microsoft buys JUSCOTEL.... MICROTEL is born....or do we already have one of those??.. :.)
