I KNOW THAT. This is where i said discipline comes in. Unless you have some very good inside information, or see something in small print in a not-very-widely-circulated publication, stay away from BB's.
The reason i said the latter is, 2 years ago i read something about SEVL being in cohoots with MSFT, i checked them out, and bought 3,000 shares at about $1.32 each average. They zoomed to over 12 when MSFT made an announcement regarding SEVL, i felt fortunate to sell at 8.00 on the way up (because who knows where 'up' ends and it turns around ?).
Another thing i learned about BB's is when they spike: if you are not absolutely on top of it, forget it, because a spike of that magnitude lasted about one hour. It closed just under 2 on friday (2 yrs ago), opend monday at over 5, went to 12, and sailed back to 7 in one day. But the time it went from 8 to 12 to 7 was about 2 hours.
Unless you can babysit them, don't even try.... IMHO
I don't know where the hell it is today.
