Dave, I'm going to pass on ReplayTv even though it's another Kleiner child.
I bought TiVo last Sept which has done well. Replay has sold only 6,000 PVR's, generated no operating revenue and has accumulated losses of 23.6mil.
Kleiner is just hoping to duplicate TIVO which has a market cap of $1.3 bil.

Kleiner owns just under 20% of ReplayTV. If you don't trust me on that, go to page b-10 of todays WSJ and look under Business Briefs
