mula - <In my guess Itanium will be one of the best product launches Intel will have done. Which will set a precedent for future products, as the case of design setting the standards. Surprisingly Linux is charging ahead with the application demos on IA-64, where as MSFT (w2k 64bit version) is missing in action. They haven't even announced plans to port the existing office works to IA-64. Talk about being behind the 8 ball.> This sure flies in the face of Osha's, et al naysayers, analysis.
