"Remember last year Msft made a high of around 119 "
It was not last year, it fell from 119 to 87 1/2 during the Asian Crisis in October, I think of 1997, but we both could be off on that date. What is the "Crisis" of Jan 2000? If you can't come up with a common crisis, then one must conclude competition, DOJ, etc., are the problem and there is the chance MSFT will not recover like it did in the 1997 - 1998 time frame.
Cheers
